Two Ichikawa and a Dieterle

Monday 23rd February 2009 saw three new releases in the MoC Series — The Devil and Daniel Webster (William Dieterle, 1941); and two films by Kon Ichikawa: Kokoro (1955), and Alone Across the Pacific (1963). Each has a lovely new HD transfer and comes complete with a carefully constructed book.

Our current theatrical release, Kiyoshi Kurosawa’s Tokyo Sonata (2008) continues its travels around the UK over the next few months. Please visit our dedicated Tokyo Sonata microsite for full details. Look out for The Masters of Cinema Series DVD and Blu-ray release in June.
