Eureka Entertainment has revealed its June 2026 Blu-ray slate, showcasing a trio of distinctive titles spanning anti-war satire, gothic horror, and classic creature features. The line-up includes worldwide and UK-first Blu-ray debuts, each released in strictly limited editions aimed at collectors.
Leading the announcement is the worldwide Blu-ray debut of Oh! What a Lovely War, the 1969 directorial debut from Richard Attenborough. A bold and unconventional retelling of World War I, the film blends satire with the traditions of British music hall. Its ensemble cast includes notable names such as Dirk Bogarde, Michael Redgrave and Maggie Smith. Released as part of the Masters of Cinema Series, the film arrives on 29 June 2026 in a limited run of 2,000 copies, complete with an O-card slipcase and an exclusive collector’s booklet.
Also featured is Madhouse, a late-era gothic horror directed by Jim Clark and produced by Amicus Productions. The film pairs horror icons Vincent Price and Peter Cushing in a self-aware tale about the genre itself. Marking its first Blu-ray release in the UK, Madhouse will be available from 22 June 2026 under the Eureka Classics label, also limited to 2,000 copies and packaged with collector-focused extras.
Completing the line-up is Empire of the Ants, a 1977 cult favourite directed by Bert I. Gordon and inspired by a short story from H. G. Wells. Known for his signature giant monster films, Gordon delivers an ecological creature feature reflecting the environmental anxieties of its era. The film makes its UK Blu-ray debut on 22 June 2026, presented in a limited collector’s edition with exclusive packaging and booklet content.
All three titles will be released in editions capped at 2,000 copies each, reinforcing Eureka’s continued focus on premium, limited-run physical media.
For a limited time, fans who purchase all three titles through the Eureka UK Store can receive a 10% discount, with the promotional offer running until 10am (GMT) on 13th April 2026.
